How long have you been in business?

We are the original online HOA resale document provider.  Development started in 1999 and we sold the first package in 2001.

What does it cost us to use GetDocsNow?

There is no cost to the management company to use our service.  There is a nominal fee that is paid by the document buyer.

 Is there a set-up or start-up fee?

No. Our service is FREE to the management company.

Do you charge a “convenience” or “credit card” fee on top of the document fee?

No, the cost of credit card service is built into our document fee.  There is no extra fee for using a credit card.

Do you charge a fee if the order is paid by check?

All orders have the option to pay by credit card with no fee.  However, for those who do pay by check there is a $35 check processing fee (paid by the document buyer) to cover the additional cost of processing the check.

How long does it take to set up GetDocsNow?

Every case is different, but it doesn’t take very long.  We will work with your team every step of the way.  There will be no heavy lifting on your end.
