Quarterly Feature Deep Dive

Aerial View of a Houses

This update gives your team a dedicated checkpoint before anything leaves your office. All documents tied to that portion of the order are visible in one place, making it easy to confirm they are current, complete, and appropriate for release. If something is outdated or no longer applies, it can be removed or replaced immediately—without backing out of the workflow.
The result: fewer downstream corrections, less buyer confusion, and greater confidence that what you deliver reflects the association’s most accurate records.

Document Review

Managing orders that involve multiple associations has always increased the risk of editing the wrong documents. This enhancement allows you to target changes precisely, selecting which association’s documents you want to update directly from the review screen. You can replace or remove files in a master, sub-association, or assessment group without affecting other groups. This reduces rework, prevents cross-association errors, and gives your team better control in more complex order scenarios.

Edit Documents from the Review Screen

This update puts document release firmly back in your control. Association documents are no longer visible to the buyer while an order is still in progress, eliminating the risk of unreviewed or incomplete information being accessed early. Documents are released only after your final review and submission is complete. That added safeguard protects accuracy, reduces follow-up questions, and supports a cleaner, more defensible document delivery process.
